Stacey has been wrangling the WWW since 1995. Since then, she has managed highly complex digital content strategy and brand communication projects for healthcare, technology, financial services and consumer companies. She also has many years of corporate branding, marcom and journalism experience, all of which she puts to work every minute of every day. Stacey has a bachelor's of science in magazine journalism from Ohio University.

She currently serves as executive vice president and president-elect for the San Francisco chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), is a co-organizer of the San Francisco Content Strategy Meetup group, and is a member of Women in Consulting.

Jennifer Bonzagni Marshall brings more than 12 years experience in communications, including public relations, corporate communications, and marketing. She has worked on projects in a variety of industries, from environmental to retail to consumer packaged goods, and for companies and brands including: San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge, California High-speed Rail, Stanford University, Parkmerced, the Gymboree Corporation, Shaklee Corporation, Babycenter.com, Ketchum, Manning Selvage & Lee, Swinerton Inc., Lipton/Unilever, Barilla, Ragú, and Gatorade/Quaker.

Lynn has worked with web content in some form since the web came into being in the mid-1990s. Her experience runs the gamut of content strategy, from editorial to strategic to technical, and always with a passion for keeping the user at the forefront. She’s worked for tiny, nimble startups — including an online space for social groups and one of the first online travel sites — and navigated large, complex organizations such as Kaiser Permanente, Wells Fargo, and WaMu. She’s led the content charge through countless site redesigns and headed the online content division of cable network TechTV. Lynn has a BA in world literature from UCLA and an MA in English from Georgetown, where she also helped pioneer early efforts to bring online learning to universities.

Liz started out in print (because that's all there was!) and quickly morphed into a web writer and editor, intuitively understanding the strength of a coordinated approach over varied media to deliver a targeted message. She has worked in consumer and B2B communications and publishing for industries including retail, jewelry, health and fitness, human resources and hardware. She served as executive editor and director of online content for Bond Communications, a startup publisher focused on trade publishing and trade shows for the jewelry industry, and before that held senior editorial roles for Cahners, Chilton Co., LRP Publications and Rodale Press. She holds an MA in magazine journalism from Syracuse University's Newhouse School of Public Communications and a BA of English from Niagara University. Liz works for Suite Seven out of her home office in Doylestown, Pa.

Cheryl brings almost 20 years of business experience working in companies ranging from large Fortune 500 firms to entrepreneurial ventures. She has a broad spectrum of experience spanning project management, technical provisioning, customer service and call center management, sales, online marketing, blogging and social media management. Recent projects involved planning and executing social media strategies for businesses in real estate, mortgage and insurance, restaurants, music, and published authors.

 Cheryl has a BS in Marketing from the University of Florida and an MBA from Thunderbird Graduate School of Global Management. She has been the organizer for the past several years of a local Meetup group helping entrepreneurs use blogging, SEO and social media to grow their business.

A San Francisco native, Nicole dove into online editorial and content planning during the dot-com boom. She quickly developed a passion for covering ecommerce, consumer electronic trends and business technology coming out of nearby Silicon Valley, which continues to influence her career. In 2005, she shifted gears to marketing, leading copywriting and communication strategy initiatives for digital, print and integrated campaigns, both consumer and B2B. Her broad range of experience encompasses magazine, catalog, direct response, email, landing pages, microsites, sweepstakes, web banners, affiliate programs, white papers, style guides, social, mobile UX and more.

No matter what the medium, Nicole starts every project with consumer and business insights and brings a deep knowledge of industry best practices to the table. She has solved complex messaging challenges, inspired customers and driven action for eBay, PayPal, AT&T, Cisco, TXU Energy, Snapfish by HP and other brands.

Patricia Witkin

Patricia Witkin

Patricia has been working with words in one form or another for almost two decades, including stints in marketing, PR, editing, publishing, journalism and advertising. She’s spent time as a content strategist and copywriter at digital and traditional agencies large and small, as well as in-house, and has done project work across a range of industries, from technology and financial services to consumer goods and non-profits. She was previously the content lead for Intel and Visa client accounts. Patricia received a master’s in journalism from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Pennsylvania.
