Stacey has been wrangling the WWW since 1995. Since then, she has managed highly complex digital and brand communications projects for large B2B and B2C companies, including McKesson, Microsoft, AT&T, and Silicon Valley Bank. She also has many years of corporate branding, marcom and journalism experience, all of which she puts to work every minute of every day. Stacey has a bachelor's of science in magazine journalism from Ohio University. She currently serves as co-VP of Marketing for the San Francisco chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), is a co-organizer of the San Francisco Content Strategy Meetup group, and is a member of Women in Consulting.

Susie Wyshak channels her diverse experience and passion for delightful customer experiences to help us over-deliver on client expectations. Since the 1990s, Susie has managed both B2B and B2C products, projects, accounts, and marketing programs at companies such as AOL, Zone Labs, Foodzie, Hewlett-Packard, and Netscape. A social entrepreneur and MBA, Susie created Epicuring.com, a California culinary tourism resource, as well as SuperViva.com, a bucket list-making tool. Chronicle Books will be publishing Good Food, Great Business, which Susie wrote based on her work supporting specialty food companies, in 2012.

Jennifer Bonzagni Marshall brings more than 12 years experience in communications, including public relations, corporate communications, and marketing. She has worked on projects in a variety of industries, from environmental to retail to consumer packaged goods, and for companies and brands including: San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge, California High-speed Rail, Stanford University, Parkmerced, the Gymboree Corporation, Shaklee Corporation, Babycenter.com, Ketchum, Manning Selvage & Lee, Swinerton Inc., Lipton/Unilever, Barilla, Ragú, and Gatorade/Quaker.
